How is Big Brother Brazil different?

Big Brother Brazil is the Brazilian version of the international reality television franchise Big Brother and is based on the original Dutch version of the show created by John de Mol in 1997. It is the second version of Big Brother to be produced in Latin America, after the Argentine version.

Big Brother Brazil is similar to the international versions in that a group of people from varying backgrounds are enclosed in a house and are filmed 24 hours a day. However, there are some key differences. The main difference is that the Brazilian version is much more interactive with the viewers. Viewers can participate in polls, vote for eviction and cast their votes for the winner. Additionally, Big Brother Brazil also has more activities and tasks for the housemates to keep them busy, as well as more opportunities for the housemates to gain money.

Another difference between Big Brother Brazil and other versions of the show is the way it is broadcast. Big Brother Brazil is broadcast on the free-to-air channel Rede Globo and can also be seen online. This allows the show to reach a much wider audience than the international versions. Additionally, the show has a much higher production value than other versions of the show, with elaborate sets and costumes.
