How long has Australian Survivor been on the air?

Australian Survivor first premiered on Australia’s Nine Network on February 8, 2002. The show was created by Charlie Parsons, the same producer that created the original UK version of Survivor. The first season was won by former Olympian and media personality, Simon Black.

The show was then revived by Network 10 in 2016 and has since gone on to become one of the most popular shows in Australia, with each season drawing in millions of viewers. The most recent season was won by Jericho Malabonga in 2019, who became the first Indigenous Australian to win the show.

Australian Survivor has now been on the air for 18 years, with a total of 10 seasons having aired. The show has become a mainstay in the Australian television landscape and is still going strong.
